Our goal is to help simplify the demands of every television and film production professional and beyond. We are now searching for some new talent to join our growing scheduling team.
Scheduler Associate Responsibilities:
Communication Skills:
Communicate with security officers, supervisors, field supervisors, and clients on a regular basis.
Handle large volume of employee and customer calls.
Assist in communication between field employees and office staff.
Critical-Thinking Skills:
Need to devise plans of action and assesses those plans regularly.
Effective time management to tasks needing completion.
Communicate problems faced and solutions.
Organizational Skills:
Evaluate client orders, breakdown, and process those order efficiently.
Enter and update client information into a database for scheduling needed.
Responsible for timely and accurate scheduling of staff for client needs
Problem-Solving Skills:
Need to be ready when problems arise or are ready to anticipate problems before they happen.
Create and maintain schedules in order to ensure that all company goals are achieved and that deadlines are met.
Identify problems and help improve processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED required
Communicate with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and or in writing (e.g. clients, suppliers, security offices.
Scheduling/dispatch experience or similar business experience required (3 years minimum)
Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Advanced communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn basic computer programs and processes
Able to work flexible schedule, working weekends are required
Ability to cope with change or respond well to change.
Preferred Qualifications:
An associate's degree in business preferred
Proficiency in Mac OSX, and iOS
Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft office software
