Your job is to call a list of people provided to you. You will ask them basic questions to gauged interest in selling and then report your leads to myself. I am looking for an individual that has good speaking and conversational abilities. You will be able to call part time or full time. How fast you bring me a seller is up to you. This is a very simple job that does not require much skill or experience in real estate.
The pay is $1000 for the seller that you submit to me and I close on their property.
To find the right seller could take you a few weeks calling 2-3 hours a day, or maybe even a week if you spend more time calling the list.
