Property Manager/Rental agent for storage facilities in Blairsville GA

We are looking for someone to run our storage facilities in Blairsville GA. We also rent Penske trucks and would need help signing the trucks in and out. Job includes taking phone calls and emails. Taking payments. Renting units out to new customers. Doing checks on the vacant units and making sure everything is clean and in working order. Current schedule is 9am - 4pm Monday - Friday and 9am - 12 or 1 on Saturdays. Looking for someone reliable. That is friendly with customers and takes pride in keeping the properties clean and running smoothly. Hourly Salary of $16-$19 depending on experience and availability.
