Small Property Management Operation Needs New Team Member
I manage a portfolio of rental homes and apartments as a solo practitioner and would like to work with someone interested in learning how to become a Property Manager.
Hours: I myself work seven days a week but I would like to find someone who would be available to work at least four of those days with me starting at 5am and working until 5pm each day.
Location: Most of my work is done mobile, working from my vehicle or running open houses at properties located in Midtown and Buckhead but I start my day at my home office getting emails and computer work completed before I move out into the field for the day.
Work Description: Someone helping me would screen phone calls, monitor emails, help run open houses, perform small research projects and help me organize and clean tools. I do allot of maintenance work myself on properties but I do not expect anyone who do maintenance with me.
Compensation: I can offer between $15-$25/hour based on skill level. I am open to talking to anyone with any level of experience. It is perfectly fine if you want to transfer from another industry such as food service, retail or entertainment in order to gain more office experience with me.
Benefits: I am not able to offer any benefits to anyone at this time.
