Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented P/T Salon Suite Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, tenant relations, on boarding, maintenance coordination, leasing tours and occupancy goals. You will be the point of contact for tenants and prospects and responsible for maintaining a clean, professional, welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Schedule and host tours for potential suite tenants
Follow up with leads via text, phone and email
Manage tenant onboarding, paperwork and move-ins
Maintain occupancy and retention goals
Send reminders for rent and handle late payment follow-ups professionally
Coordinate with vendors, cleaning teams and maintenance staff
Manage suite keys, lockboxes, supplies and inventory
Ensure the building remains organized, clean and secure
Assist with in-building events, marketing promotions and content capture
Support renewals, transfers and tenant satisfaction initiatives
Qualifications
Prior experience in property management, leasing, customer service, or salon industry preferred
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Organized, reliable and solution-oriented
Comfortable with CRM tools, digital contracts, text messaging platforms and scheduling software
Ability to work independently without micromanagement
Professional appearance and demeanor
