THIS IS A PART-TIME/SEASONAL POSITION

What You’ll Do:

Load-In and Set-Up: Help unload and transport merchandise road cases, banners, and equipment into the competition venue (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs).

Pop-Up Shop Design: Set up and organize a visually appealing “pop-up shop” with merchandise displays that shine.

Sales and Customer Service: Operate a Point of Sale system, assist customers with purchases, and ensure an unforgettable shopping experience.

Inventory Management: Track stock levels, manage backstock boxes, and report inventory needs to ensure seamless operations at every event.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with event directors and coworkers, taking direction and contributing to a positive team dynamic.

Tech Savvy: Manage app-based systems for Point of Sale and display lobby TVs with competition lineups and ads.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous retail experience and customer service skills are highly preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and technical skills (app-based experience is a plus).

A dedicated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Physically able to stand for long periods and work weekends (average 25-40 hours per weekend).

Available for travel Thursday mornings through Monday mornings.

Must have a valid government-issued ID or Passport.

What You’ll Get:
