Here’s a great opportunity for a self-starter who has experience working with their hands and is ready to move up to leading others.

Can you:

1. Read and thoroughly understand a set of construction plans?

2. Layout a layout a project in the field?

3. Frame efficiently using metal or wood, hang sheetrock, paint, and install acoustic ceilings, at a minimum?

Can you be trusted to:

1. Show up when scheduled?

2. Work diligently and independently?

3. Constantly check your work and produce a high-quality product consistently?

4. Give 100% effort, everyday?

5. Step up into an entry level superintendent role, while still producing your own work?

We are looking for someone special. You will be trusted to execute work, and be responsible for overseeing all elements of the job in the field including:

1. Subcontractor coordination

2. Maintaining a clean, safe jobsite

3. Assuring materials, tools, and supplies and available at the job when needed.

Ten years of commercial construction experience is preferred.

You will enjoy being a part of a company with a very positive work environment, and will be responsible for maintaining and growing such with all whom you work with.

We have solid base of subcontractors whom we have enjoyed long term relationships with. We DO NOT simply shop for the lowest bid.
