Licensed full-tier general contractor seeks team member interested in site supervision, project management, estimating, and scheduling.
-Applicants must possess strong communication skills, write legibly, and have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD/Rhino/Blue Beam (Renu) is preferred but is not required.
-Applicants should be reliable, self-motivated, organized, hard-working, have a good attitude, and be willing to work as part of a team.
-Applicants must be able to travel to our office in Roswell and to project sites in Rockdale and Henry County.
-Applicants should have proven experience in overall site supervision, including but not limited to Layout and Survey, Grading, Storm Drainage, Underground Utilities, Concrete Foundation, Concrete and/or CMU walls, Rabar, Stone/Brick Veneer, Pavers, Concrete flat work, Curb & Gutter, Wood Framing, Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, and Plumbing.
-A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in site supervision and project management is required. References will be required.
