Job DescriptionInsight Global is in search of an IT Project Manager to support a large government organization out of Augusta, GA!The IT PM will support projects that introduce new technology and infrastructure for the Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE). Manage maintenance, software delivery, upgrades, lifecycle management, and major IT initiatives. Oversee all project aspects, lead technical teams, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion. Develop and deliver quality project artifacts focusing on scope, schedule, budget, and status.Responsibilities:Lead and support all phases of IT projects, including transition to sustainment.Conduct requirements analysis and develop project documentation.Monitor and control project performance (schedule, cost, quality, risks).Brief stakeholders on project status, risks, and concerns.Execute Request for Change (RFCs) through the organization's processes.Maintain project documents and knowledge within a project system.Archive project information and lessons learned upon closure.Perform additional tasks as required.Compensation:$50-60/HR - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Management preferred; 7 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
PMP or Agile Methodology Certification (e.g., Scrum Master).
3 years of management and supervision in military project management.
Advanced knowledge of project management best practices.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
Hands-on project management experience.
