Seeking to hire a Property Manager/Turn Around Specialist for two Mobile Home Communities located in Augusta, GA. The position is 1099 only. The candidate will be responsible for all park maintenance and relations, work with tenants to collect rent, enforce park rules, and ensure park profitability. Applicant must also conduct evictions and document all financial transactions and delinquent accounts. When necessary, they will need to respond to potential tenants and provide home showings. Previous experience with managing properties and Rent Manager software is not necessary, but highly encouraged. Fluent/some Spanish is also preferred.
