We are hiring an Apartment Maintenance Manager for a 200 unit community in the Buckhead, Atlanta area.Service/Maintenance Managers make our apartment communities a great place to live. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.A 20% Apartment Discount Benefit option is available to live on-site at the community.Additional Benefits listed below. What You Will DoLead and develop a team of 1+ direct reportsProvide exemplary service to residents and team membersManage all aspects of property maintenance which includes vendor relationships, service staff, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and resident service requestsCommunicate property maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure maintenance and capital needs are addressedEnsure property follows / in compliance with operating procedures/guidelines, regulations, and other compliance matters including those related to Environmental Health & SafetyManage budget efficiently to maximize return on investment while maintaining highest level of quality and customer service
