I recently purchased a duplex in Columbus and am having trouble finding long-term tenants so I am looking into the idea of using it as a short-term rental. I am seeing if there is anyone available in Columbus that could source the necessary furnishings (furniture, chairs, dishes, linens, bed, ect.) and set them up in each side of the duplex. I would want you to try to find quality furniture from used sources first, and then we can buy new if used is not available.
Ideally I am looking for someone with experience in property management or short-term rentals.
Once it is furnished, I will have a nationwide company take photos and manage the day-to-day maintenance.
