Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Kennesaw, Georgia. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in handling customer order entries, processing credit applications, and maintaining accurate customer records. This role also includes resolving customer inquiries, monitoring customer accounts, and taking appropriate actions when necessary.Responsibilities: Manage a high volume of customer order entries and communicate with customers regarding any holds on their orders Handle and process credit applications with accuracy and efficiency Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed Handle the return material authorization list diligently Perform daily banking tasks, including entering cash to the accounts receivable Process incoming Accounts Payable transactions, inputting invoices, and ensuring they are processed in a timely manner Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate records and increase efficiency Utilize CRM and ERP systems to manage customer relationships and resources effectively Handle cash activity and other billing functions as required. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must. Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required. Ability to use CRM effectively is essential. Experience with Epic Software is needed. Understanding and application of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial. Knowledge of various Accounting Functions is mandatory. Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary. Proficiency in Billing Functions is important. Experience with Cash Activity is required. Skills in Cash Handling are essential.
