- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Help with catering events and special functions as needed
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and equipment
- Setting up, stocking, and breaking down of assigned stations- Use knowledge of common allergies & dietary restrictions to ensure food safety for guests when noted on tickets- Avoid food waste by observing food storage time and temperature standards- Complete assigned daily/ weekly / monthly cleaning tasks-Execute safe knife handling skills and safe use of all kitchen equipment
