Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Team Leader who will assist in guiding and managing our team. Your goal will be leading by setting a good example and engaging the team to help it achieve its goals. Your duties will include daily supervision٫ management and motivation of team members.
We expect you to be a capable leader with excellent communication skills. You should be proactive in order to ensure effective collaboration and optimize team operations.
Salary range: $38000 - $48000 per year.
Responsibilities:- Set clear team goals and motivate team members.
- Develop and maintain team building activities.
- Help to setup an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Interact with team members to receive their feedback and help resolving any problems.
- Supervise team performance and prepare reports on its metrics.
- Oversee daily operations٫ delegating tasks and setting deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Practical knowledge of performance metrics is an asset.
- Strong decision-making٫ organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good experience with PC٫ particularly with MS Office.
- BS or BA in a related field٫ degree in Management or training in team leading will be a bonus.
