Repair and maintain injection molds in accordance with internal specifications to support smooth injection molding production.Independently carry out tool repairs based on documented tool complaints, adhering to the set specifications.Perform disassembly and assembly of injection molds, ensuring accuracy and precision.Execute skilled tasks at the workbench, such as spotting, measuring, and other critical adjustments.Document dimensional changes directly on technical drawings to reflect modifications.Inspect tools and components for wear, replace defective or worn parts, and rework tools and molds as required.Test repaired tools and molds to ensure they meet required specifications and operational standards.Update and maintain the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) following repair or maintenance activities.Perform regular tool inspections in line with maintenance schedules, diagnosing issues as needed and replacing wear parts and materials.
