Hardware Support Engineer

What You will Do:Maintain and own the Stock Refill process to ensure timely availability of hardware components.Manage and maintain hardware spare parts stock, tracking inventory levels and replenishment needs.Maintain and update the warranty information database for all hardware assets.Maintain and update the FFC (Form-Fit-Function Class) database for hardware spare parts. Handle and coordinate RMA (Return Material Authorization) cases, ensuring efficient resolution with vendors.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware GI (Global Infrastructure) issues, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.Document all processes, changes, and resolutions accurately to maintain transparency and compliance.Contribute to continuous improvement of hardware management workflows and best practices.
