Sign on Bonus: $1,500.00 based on the following criteria and good standing measures:

Regular on-time satisfactory attendance for assigned schedule.

Performance in role meets expectations of satisfaction as determined by supervisor in conjunction with role responsibilities/performance measures.

No disciplinary actions during the bonus eligibility period.

Paid after 90 days of employment

Exceptional customer/donor service in all conduct with internal and external customers including associates, donors, customers, colleagues, support departments, and community partners.

A desire to achieve departmental revenue/expense targets in support of overall net contribution.

A love of key expense categories (i.e., labor, supplies, equipment/repairs, etc.) and can recommend cost-effective solutions to support operational effectiveness.

Experience managing CAPEX expenditures related to fleet purchasing/acquisition.

Partnering with other leadership team members to develop organizational and operational planning initiatives to meet strategic objectives.

Providing oversight and direction to drivers, material handlers, and operations team members in transportation roles.

Acting as an advisor/support to transportation training and certifications.

Building transportation schedules to support store delivery, pickup, and miscellaneous transportation responsibilities to support maximum efficiency and decreased expense.

Conducting periodic inspections of all fleet vehicles.

Monitoring and reviewing fleet technology to support safe and efficient use of vehicles and equipment.

Your Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; college level course in supply chain, logistics, and or transportation related areas preferred.

5+ years progressive leadership experience in transportation, logistics, and/or fleet services.

Must have a Class A CDL license.

Ability to train, coach and develop associates at all levels.

Ability to work with a diverse customer and associate populations is important to you
