Workify Staffing is looking for a dependable and safety-driven Certified Skid Steer & Forklift Operator to join our construction team. This position plays a key role in supporting site operations by moving materials, assisting trades, and performing general equipment work on active commercial and industrial job sites.
What You’ll Do:
Operate skid steer, forklift, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
Load, unload, transport, and stage materials across the site.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
Help maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas.
Support trades and site supervisors with materials and equipment handling.
Follow all OSHA, site, and company safety requirements.
Pitch in with general labor tasks when equipment work is light.
What You Bring:
Valid skid steer and forklift certifications.
1–3+ years of equipment operating experience in a construction setting.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and equipment best practices.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred (Not Required):
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Experience on commercial or industrial construction projects
Basic mechanical knowledge for minor equipment troubleshooting
