job descriptionMaintenance MechanicResponsible for the general maintenance of the building and facilities including water, heating, air conditioning and electrical maintenance.Responsibilities:
Maintain HVAC system
Minor maintenance for water and electrical repairs
Preventative maintenance
General carpentry on floors, walls, doors, etc
Ensure all safety equipment is in proper working order
Complete reports when tasks are completed
Perform additional duties as assigned
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:
HVAC maintenance
Facility maintenance experience
Basic knowledge of mechanics, electrical, plumbing and carpentry
