DATA LEAD KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Enterprise Data Strategy & Governance

Lead the creation and execution of Cellfie’s 2026–2028 Data Strategy, aligned to the TechCo roadmap and strategic pillars.Core responsibilities:

Define and implement Cellfie’s enterprise data architecture, governance, and operating model.

Establish data ownership, data catalog, data quality SLAs, metadata management, and access policies.

Drive the company-wide shift from “reporting” to insights, prediction, and personalization.

Build transparent governance across IT, Commercial, Finance, Network, CX, and HR.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and privacy standards.

Build & Scale a Modern Data Platform

Own the end-to-end modernization of Cellfie’s data ecosystem.Core responsibilities:

Design and deploy a scalable cloud-based data platform (warehouse, lake, real-time pipelines, APIs).

Integrate all major systems (BSS, Telco core, CRM, digital channels, finance, network KPIs) into a single source of truth.

Build and maintain real-time data flows required for digital journeys, churn prevention, and personalization.

Lead the selection and evolution of BI, analytics, AI, and experimentation tools.

Ensure high resilience, security, and platform availability. Accelerate AI, Analytics & Personalization

Turn Cellfie into an AI-first organization by enabling advanced analytics, next-best-action engines, and ML models.Core responsibilities:

Build Cellfie’s AI & ML capability covering modeling, MLOps, experimentation, and deployment.

Prioritize high-value analytics cases – (Churn prevention, Pricing optimization, Network prediction, Fraud detection, Personalization & segmentation, Operational efficiency).

Scale the Data Science and Analytics squad (analysts, DS, ML engineers).

Create enterprise-wide insights pipelines supporting ExCo, CFO, CCO, CTO, CX, and Network. Data Culture, Literacy & Value Realization

Make data a core competency across the company—not a department.Core responsibilities:

Drive adoption of BI tools by all functions (aligned with strategy KPIs: “% employees actively using BI tools” & “data-driven decision-making frameworks embedded”

Evangelize the use of data in decision-making, product design, and customer journey optimization.

Ensure every major initiative has data KPIs, insight loops, and measurable impact tracking. Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence

Build and lead a high-performing data organization aligned with Cellfie’s TechCo ambition.Core responsibilities:

Lead the Data Processing & Analytics team, future Data Engineering team, Data Science team, and Data Governance function.

Attract top data talent—engineers, architects, analysts, ML experts.

Shape a strong “Data Community” across commercial, finance, network, digital, and CX teams.

Work closely with ExCo, participating in QBRs, TechCo committee, and strategic decision-making.SUCCESS METRICS (Aligned to Strategy KPIs)

The Data Lead will be measured on:

Enterprise Impact

% of decisions supported by data-driven frameworks

% of employees actively using BI tools (strategy KPI)

Data adoption index across functions

Platform & Engineering Performance

Data platform uptime & latency

Number of automated data pipelines

Time-to-insight reduction (weekly → daily → near real-time)

AI & Analytics Value

Revenue uplift from AI models (churn, cross-sell, pricing)

Cost savings from predictive analytics

Accuracy & performance of ML models

Personalization uplift (ARPU, NPS, churn reduction)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience

8+ years in data leadership roles across data engineering, architecture, analytics, or data science.

Proven experience building enterprise data platforms & governance from scratch.

Experience leading data transformation in high-transaction or telecom/digital environments preferred.

Technical Skills

Strong in cloud-native data architectures (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks).

Expertise in ETL/ELT, streaming, orchestration, and real-time data processing.

Deep understanding of ML lifecycle, MLOps, experimentation frameworks.

Strong knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and security controls.

Leadership Skills

Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and lead cross-functional changes.

Strong execution discipline—translating strategy into delivered platforms and models.

Strategic thinker with ability to operate hands-on when needed.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferable telecom industry experience or exposure to network, digital channels, and BSS/OSS data.

Experience enabling personalization at scale.

Background in digital first or TechCo businesses.
