Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services is seeking a Mid-Level Technical Publications Project Management Specialist to join The Boeing Company in Warner Robins, GAThe Technical Publications Project Management Specialist 2 will support establishing support requirements and definitions, statement of work break-down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans. In this role, you will collect data for estimates in support of proposal activities. Additionally, you will participate in process development to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current, as well as support presentations, status reviews, and monitoring execution.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Warner Robins, GA location.Position Responsibilities:

Monitors technical data development at the program level to ensure data is developed and delivered on schedule and in accordance with contract requirements.

Analyzes, updates and documents processes to ensure technical manual data/procedures are documented and current.

Coordinates schedules and develops reports.

Evaluates configuration changes for impact to publication data; incorporates changes into schedule.

Prepares and negotiates agreements.

Prepares pricing quote and resolves issues related to pricing or scheduling requirements. Supports presentations and program management briefings.

Makes recommendations for new business and supports implementation of new projects

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

Experience with Regular expression (regex) code

Experience with AutoBookmark

Experience with HTML

Experience with reviewing and quality checking technical orders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience with high volume files on multiple devices

Experience with batch files or scripts
