We are currently seeking a student experienced in accounting or majoring in accounting to perform the following aspects of our accounting functions in a part-time capacity:
Weekly cash reconciliations for multiple locations
Monthly recording of various Journal Entries
Monthly reconciliation and recording of voucher and alternative forms of payment
Assist in the reconciliation of selective General Ledger accounts
Various other projects or duties supporting the Accounting/Finance Department
Qualifications:
Basic foundational knowledge of financial accounting while working towards a degree in Accounting or relevant working experience in Accounting
Experience with MAS 90 Accounting software or other integrated Accounting software preferable but not required
Solid working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
Must have the ability to work well independently as well as a part of a small Accounting Department
Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
