Personal Assistant on the North Shore of Oahu

Position: Personal Assistant

Location: North Shore, Oahu

Hours: Part-time, 20 hours/week (lots of potential for growth)

Pay: $36/hour

Start Date: ASAP

Job responsibilities.

1. Scheduling and Calendar Management

Help organize daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, including personal, professional, and family commitments.

Help coordinate appointments, travel plans, and events.

2. Travel Planning and Coordination

Help handle logistics for surfing, sailing trips, and other adventures (e.g., flights, accommodations, car rentals).

Research destinations, including permits, weather conditions, and activity options.

Pack gear, and manage equipment logistics, ensuring everything needed is prepared and organized. Airport drop offs.

3. Project and Business Support

Help assist with business tasks, including product launches, communications, and event planning.

Provide support for sailing plans, including liaising with boatyards, marinas, and suppliers.

4. Household Management

Coordinate tasks for properties, such as maintenance, rentals, and managing household staff.

Ensure smooth management of home and resources when away.

Handle arrangements for cats and other home needs.

5. Financial Organization

Track expenses and manage budgets for trips, projects, and day-to-day activities.

Assist with financial planning for major purchases.

6. Family Support

Assist with schedules and activities, ensuring a smooth balance of family and personal commitments.

7. Personal Wellness and Health

Organize health appointments and manage reminders for physical therapy or checkups.

Ensure equipment (e.g., bikes, surfboards) is maintained and ready for your training or adventures.

Assist with meal planning or delivery services.

8. Communication and Representation

Help handle correspondence, such as responding to emails or managing social media messages.

Represent your interests in meetings.

Coordinate with team for events, competitions, and branding activities.

9. Event and Activity Coordination

Help manage logistics for content creation projects.

10. Flexibility and Adaptability

Be ready to pivot plans based on travel changes, family needs, or professional priorities.

Provide backup solutions for unexpected challenges, like last-minute gear repairs or property issues.
