A rare opportunity is opening up, for the Residential Site Manager position for a downtown luxury high rise condo on Queen Street. With 120 residential units, and very large additional office, commercial, and parking areas (all non-residential portions have their own management teams and personnel).
Looking for experienced mixed-use AOAO building managers with a strong background on the operations and mechanical side. Additionally, high-end customer service and administrative skills are required too. This is a long-term position, as their outgoing Residential Site Manager has been there for 19 years. Initial interviews will be conducted soon, and would like to have this position filled by or before the middle of next month in March.
Salary is commensurate with experience and is very compelling for the qualified candidate. Site office provided with standard hours M-F. Occasional weekend and/or evening work may be necessary too, along with participation at Board meetings. There is no live-in unit provided for this position.
