-Lead civil/commercial projects from kickoff to closeout.
-Manage budgets, schedules, scopes, and subcontractors like a pro.
-Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and field teams.
-Oversee procurement, change orders, forecasting, and documentation.
-Ensure safety, quality, and compliance are on point every day.
-Solve problems quickly, communicate clearly, and keep the team aligned.
-Mentor project engineers and help build strong, efficient workflows.
What You Bring
-7+ years of civil project management experience
-Proven success delivering multi-phase, high-value projects.
-Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills.
-Ability to manage competing priorities and tight timelines.
