An Association of Apartment Owners in Kihei is seeking a Full Time Site Manager
Duties:
Your main function will be to oversee the operations of the AOAO and supervise the staff as well as work with owners and residents.
Work with contracted vendors and oversee reserve projects. You will lead the RFP Bid process for upcoming projects.
Working knowledge of Maintenance, Janitorial and Pool functions when your assistance is needed.
Enforce Bylaws, Declarations, House Rules and issue violations.
Be able to drive the company golf cart.
Other Duties as may be Assigned.
Report to the Bord of Directors and Support Committees.
