Position available for licensed agent in Ko Olina Resort with a property management company for guest services.
Previous experience at resort properties in hospitality and guest services with the ability to work varied hours is important. The ideal candidate would live close to or in Ko Olina, have reliable transportation and be able to work hours in coordination with guest arrivals and windows of available time for projects. Part time position with the possibility of full time hours based on abilities and skillsets. Hours will range from 15-30 hours per week on average. Must have flexible schedule; able to work days, nights, weekends and some holidays.
Job Duties:
-Plan and complete assigned projects in a timely and professional manner.
-Organize and schedule weekly projects based on property availability.
-Assist in guest services for arrivals and orientations and luggage assistance.
-Assist in guest requests during their stay.
-Inspect and schedule required property maintenance to maintain first class luxury resort property
-Attend weekly business meeting(s)
