Looking for a skilled swimmer and exceptional customer service crewmember for a small Molokini boat tour out of Kihei. Four Seasons service and lifeguard skills are ideal. Crew accompany a captain working from 5:30am-2pm. Some days go longer with maintenance. Raft holds about 20 people and crew will be responsible for attending to guests in and out of the water (snorkeling for 1+hrs/day). Pay will depend on experience but you will split tips with captain.
