Job Description:
We're seeking an individual to help with customer interaction at Toolmaster Hawaii.
The Job:
- Communicating with customers about their needs
- Answering phone & email communications with customers
- Being knowledgeable about the products we sell, repair, and rent
- Creating rental bookings, following protocols
- Creating scaffolding orders
- Loading and unloading rental equipment, including scaffold
- Driving company vehicles to deliver rental items
- Labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Operate power tools and machinery as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area that meets safety standards.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members.
- Assist with basic maintenance and repair tasks.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
- Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors or project managers
Applicants must have:
Strong Computer Skills: This role involves using a computer booking program multiple times a day.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organization: Ability to multitask & prioritize
Customer Service: A customer-focused mindset and positive attitude
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with others

Other details:
Experience with a forklift is a huge plus. The job includes laborious work when scaffolding orders go out. We work as a team here, and there will always be help, but this role is for an individual who doesn't mind working hard and sweating when things get busy.
The posted rate is starting, with evaluation after a 90-day probationary period.
3 days of annual paid sick leave
PTO accrual after 90 days, up to 80 hours of paid vacation annually for full-time employees.
