Requirements:
Requires engineering degree plus at least Engineer Degree plus internship, the more experience salary will be determined competively.
Knowledge of architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical drawings required; understanding of specifications required.
Government – Governmental procedures, regulations and trends relating to construction.
Understanding of construction methods, procedures, scheduling, safety, law and cost required to insure timely completion, conformance to design, to propose economical alternatives, and to promote good employee relations.
Knowledge of building supply sources and shipping methods.
Strong oral and written communication skills and the capability to conduct and record meetings.
9. Knowledge of contract law and legal remedies.
10. OSHA 40, knowledge of EM 385-1-1.
