2. Valid Driver’s License

RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to):
For Estimating & Project Management:
1. Detailed quantity takeoffs
2. Obtain material and Subcontractor quotes
3. Processing Submittals and maintaining submittal logs
4. Preparing RFIs and RFI tracking
5. Assist Project Foreman with field coordination
6. Assist Estimating
7. Preparing monthly billings
8. Processing material and subcontractor invoices
9. Prepare correspondence with owner/developer/government agencies
10. Prepare and track change proposals and change orders
11. Monitor field production and job costs as required
12. Prepare and Maintain CPM Schedule
13. Maintain As-Built Drawings
14. Prepare Budgets & Purchasing
