Office ManagerJob DescriptionThe Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office, including managing administrative staff, coordinating patient care, overseeing billing and collections, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of medical office procedures, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.Qualifications

5+ years of experience within medical billing, accounts receivable, or collections

Bachelor's degree within Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field

5+ years of experience leading a team, preferably within a medical office environment

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to lead and motivate a team

Strong understanding of medical office procedures

Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Honolulu, Hawaii.Work EnvironmentOffice hours, 8-5pm M-F with occasional evenings. Work is performed in a medical office environment.
