Parrish Kauai is expanding and seeking a self-motivated, team-oriented professional to join our property management team.
The position is responsible for delivering exceptional service to property owners while also overseeing the day-to-day operations and project management of a portfolio of vacation rental homes. Core responsibilities include managing property projects, ensuring each property is consistently well-maintained and presented at the highest standard, and building strong, positive relationships with owners, guests, and vendors.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask, manage projects to completion, and provide a seamless owner experience. Salary is based on experience. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
