Description We are in search of a meticulous and experienced Payroll/HR Clerk for our construction company in HONOLULU, Hawaii. The role involves managing employee timesheets, conducting data verification, and maintaining organized records. If interested, please call (808)531-8056.Responsibilities: Accurately input and update employee timesheets and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations Conduct thorough reviews of timesheet data to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to gather necessary information for timesheet processing Communicate with employees to address timesheet-related inquiries and provide guidance on proper submission procedures Maintain organized and up-to-date records of timesheets and related documentation Collaborate with department heads and employees to resolve any issues related to timesheet accuracy Assist in the preparation of payroll reports as needed Use your skills in Employee Timesheets, Payroll, Sage 300, and Data Entry to enhance the efficiency of our operations.Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Payroll/HR Clerk role. Proficiency in Employee Timesheets and Payroll management. Excellent Data Entry skills with a high level of accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
