Assistant General Manager

Job Summary:

- The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will work closely with the General Manager and the entire team to create and maintain a profitable and high-quality restaurant environment. The AGM is responsible for supporting cost management, labor management, recruiting, training, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role requires dependability, self-reliance, excellent guest hospitality, and effective coaching skills. The AGM must possess strong organizational and prioritization skills and maintain a focused, team-oriented attitude to ensure memorable experiences for all guests.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum 2 years' experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager.

- Positive, team-first attitude.

- Efficient task management.

- Punctuality and reliability.

- Ability to follow multi-step instructions and adapt to changing situations.

- Proficiency in mathematical computations for cash handling and bank deposits.

- Understanding of P&Ls, budgeting, and cost control.

- Effective communication skills.

- Completion of required training and compliance with local and state regulations for food and alcohol service.

- Experience with Resy, Toast POS, and 7-Shifts scheduling system is a plus.
