We are seeking experienced On-Call Banquet Cooks and Kitchen Helpers to work in banquets, events, meetings, and concessions. Our hospitality division is growing, and we are looking to hire immediately!

Our facility hosts a variety of events such as concerts, exhibits, meetings, and other special occasions. People from around the world, including locals and tourists, visit our facility. We are currently seeking to hire team players who are responsible, coachable, and can handle a fast-paced work environment. We prioritize staff volume to ensure that our guests receive the best possible service.

Shifts range from early morning to PM, depending on the event. Our team enjoys a flexible schedule, a fast-paced environment, and great teamwork.

Cook pay range -$20.50 - $26.50/hr,

Pantry $20 - $21.50/hr

Kitchen prep-$17.50/hr

Job Descriptions:

Banquet Cook / Sous Chef

Accurately and efficiently cooks meats, seafood, vegetables, soups, and other hot food products, as well as prepares and portions food products before cooking.

Also performs other duties in the area of food preparation, including intricate plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot

menu items.

Able to direct a staff of up to 25.

Fry Cook

Operate fryers and grills according to instructions, pour oil in them, and place items in them for frying and grilling purposes. Monitor the time and heat of equipment, ensuring that both are regulated as and when necessary. Clean and maintain fryers and grills, ensuring they are in good condition. Assist with prep work, receiving, inventory, organizing, and other duties assigned by the Chef.

Kitchen Helper

Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the Executive Steward or Executive Chef. Washes and preps produce, peels and cut vegetables and meats, etc. Knife skills are helpful. In assembly-line style food prep, condiments, parfaits, fruit bowls, salads, sandwiches, etc. are prepared.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, listen to directions, and work safely. Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs, push/pull, carry, bend, kneel, and be comfortable standing for long periods of time.
