Honolulu Coffee is currently seeking a Savory Cook our Culinary Production Team!
Requirements for this position include:
A commitment and availability to work at least 30 hours a week
A commitment and availability to work on the weekends
Morning and afternoon availability
The ability to carry at least 30 pounds
Your duties would include :
Overseeing breakfast service
Working as part of a team to provide exceptional service to our guests
Creating and serving high quality food
Egg cookery
Utilizing a flat top grill
Packaging and labeling food for other locations
Monitoring product dates, ensuring top quality
Ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation
Must have the ability to follow directions precisely and efficiently.
Must be able to collaborate and work well in a team-oriented environment.
An ideal candidate would have some previous line cook experience or previous cooking experience. Honolulu Coffee is an equal opportunity employer. Qualifications
- Proficient in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management
- Experience in food service management and inventory control
- Skilled in catering and restaurant management
- Ability to handle food safely and efficiently
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Banquet and supervising experience preferred
- Bartending skills a plus
