TMCC LLC in Kailua, HI is looking for 3 cafe team members to join our team! We are located on Uluniu St. & Kailua Road. Kailua Road will be opening in March. Our team is close, very friendly and talented. We are looking for another team member that wants to work and legitimately be a part of a team and has a shared fate mentality. We have a TEAM; we are looking for another TEAM player.
Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged, honest and has great customer service and can work in a fast-paced environment. MUST be able to work quickly when orders come in, MUST be respectful to other team members. This position cooks and assembles food orders on demand (to order).

Requirements:
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Must be able to work standing for the duration of the shift
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and move up to 50 pounds on occasion
Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner
Must be friendly and positive
Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and maintain customer relationships
