Searching for the right fit for our small restaurant. Must have a great attitude and be able to lead a kitchen without upsetting everyone. The right fit for the location is important. Must be skilled but it is only a small restaurant. Opportunity for growth as we operate multiple locations and are growing through franchising. No old school yellers, screamers, attitude givers, know it alls, or prejudice individualswe all want the guests to be happy and return just like any other restaurant. We pride ourselves on extra service and that goes internally as well. Cleanliness and timeliness is important. Everyone on the leadership team has to be on the same team.
