Seeking an experienced cleaner for a high end two-story condo in Wailea. The unit needs cleaning, refreshing and restocking between guests, usually 4 to 7 times per month. It is a two-person job and typically takes about 5.5 hours to clean for the two people. It's very detailed and the guests and owner are very discerning, so all points must be hit. We are looking for someone to get very familiar with the unit and take great care of it. Experience with luxury properties is very important.
The pay is a flat rate of $165 per clean. You will always have a cleaning partner and they will be paid the same. You will each have specific responsibilities but will always help each other if needed, and complete the job together. The unit is often on same-day turnovers, so the timeframe is tight to get the job done and it must be a team effort. Working well with others is a must for this unit.
We provide all restocking items, but we do ask that you bring your own cleaning supplies.
