Bell/Valet Attendant
Driver's License Required
Greet and escort guests to rooms.
Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, mini-bar, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, valet laundry services).
Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area.
Front Desk Agent
Interacting directly with Owners and guests from the time they arrive on property until they depart.
Processing all guest arrivals and departures and providing accurate information about the resort and surrounding area while delivering a personalized vacation experience for each Owner and guest.
Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies and procedures.
Dining Room Busser
Must be available to work 2 days minimum (1 day Fri-Sun, 1 day Mon-Thur)
Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas.
Returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist.
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all dishes, glass, and silver prior to use.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
Host/Hostess
Must be available to work 2 days minimum (1 day Fri-Sun, 1 day Mon-Thur)
Greets guests and determines the number in their party.
Seats guests by finding a clean, available table; pulls out chairs; places clean/current menu in front of guest, etc.
Moves and arranges tables, chairs, and settings and organize seating for groups with special needs.
Checks menus to ensure they are current, clean, plentiful, and wrinkle-free. Maintains cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
Monitors dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
