Starting Salary: $85,000 plus profit percentage

GM Job Description:
The GM is responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant operation 100% Accountable.
· OPERATIONS - the GM is responsible for managing ALL Three’s operations, including kitchen managers and staff. You are required as a salary paid employee to work a minimum of 40 hours a week. Duties are designated below.
· General Manager Checklist must be completed EVERY DAY.
Staff management – managing all Three’s employees, including but not limited to FOH, BOH, boat catering (when applicable), etc. This includes all upper managers (Executive chef, sous chef, Asst. GM, floor managers, etc.) Employees are to be hired and trained in a timely manner. New hires must meet company standards and references checked. You must perform orientations for new staff. The use of verbal/written testing systems is required. GM will also develop and perform quarterly staff evaluations to identify employee strengths/weaknesses and evaluate raises.
Labor and cost control – you are required to use the software scheduling program HOMEBASE and honor labor budgets provided by the CFO Meera Ayoub. Labor percentages are to be checked daily, weekly, etc. and proper cuts made accordingly. Furthermore, all managers below you are required to do the same. It is the GM’s job to ensure all Three’s management team understands and performs this expectation.
Meeting P&L Forecasts/Budget – the GM is responsible for meeting P&L forecasts and budgets.
Other “controllables” (eg: paper products, linen, restaurant equipment) are to be closely monitored. Identifying problematic trends with overuse/spending should be carefully looked at and creative plans of action taken to minimize company waste.
Analyzing online reviews – GM is responsible for analyzing online reviews, identifying problematic trends, and taking proper action towards resolution. This is not limited to the FOH. Consulting with the Executive Chef on items food/BOH related must also happen.
Scheduling –The GM is responsible for writing and posting all other schedules related to the operation, which may include, but not limited to - employee schedule, vacation/request offs, black-out dates, and manager vacation approvals.
Overlap Hours + Job Duties We require a manager on the floor during all open hours. This includes the GM as a working floor manager. GM job duties pertaining to this job description will be completed during manager overlap hours or on your own time.
Restaurant Equipment Ordering – Ordering replacement restaurant equipment monthly and maintaining a monthly inventory of service ware - in coordination with other managers.
Restaurant ambiance and cleanliness – the restaurant must always be neat and orderly, organized and appear clean for all diners. This includes music, lighting, restrooms, tables aligned, server workstations, etc. Please coordinate these standards with your FOH managers and ensure the standard is always met.
Music Management- The continuation of managing the music program is expected.
Systems it is imperative that ALL systems the owners’ originally put in place are maintained and performed every day. New systems are to be created by the GM, approved by the COO, and the process documented and implemented when required.
Maintenance and Repairs – The GM is responsible for coordinating general maintenance and repairs.
Hiring/Training – Responsible for posting ads, setting up interviews and training all staff required for this operation.
Problem Solving - this job requires you to solve problems the business experiences daily.

Probation Period – 120-day probation period, where Three’s reserves the right to terminate this agreement without notice.
