Now accepting applications for all line level positions on the opening team at Aurum Maui, our fourth Aurum restaurant and first Hawaii location, opening Late Spring 2025 in The Shops at Wailea. We seek passionate hospitality professionals who want to join a locally operated and invested independent brand founded on the principles of exceptional hospitality and uncompromising quality.
Led by Maui locals, Chef-partner Taylor Ponte and General Manager-partner Natasha Ponte, Aurum aims to set the gold standard for hospitality in Maui. As a full-service restaurant, we will offer lunch, happy hour, and dinner daily.
