Amazing opportunity for a passionate individual to be a part of something special. Our menu has dishes that change daily and we do a big menu change every 3-4 months so the opportunity to learn and see new things is endless. Butchering whole pigs and birds, dry aging world class beef, live local lobsters and whole local fish are just some of the fun items.
The opportunity to work 4 (or 5 if you are hungry and don’t want to have to get a 2nd job) 10 hour shifts is available.
