Opening for experienced cold prep cook 2-10pm, 4 nights a week. Applicant must have minimum 5 years similar experience; Checking clients numbers/requirements. Writing out prep "plan" based on numbers and portions. Assist assistants with production on pastry trays, salads, fruit trays, sandwiches, deli platters, condiments and more.
