100 Sails - Service Attendant (On-Call)($14.00/hr plus tips)
Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily functions in the 100 Sails Restaurant & Bar. Welcome guest with a warm and inviting demeanor. Attentive to guest’s needs and engage with guest in conversation and establish a rapport. Deliver food items in a courteous and efficient manner, resulting in guest satisfaction. Insure prompt service according to hotel standards. Well organized and have a willingness to learn. Has ability to carry a cocktail tray for clearing tables.
Essential Duties:
1. Welcome and greet guest in a warm and friendly manner.
2. Deliver water service to guest.
3. Refresh beverages as needed.
4. Remove dirty dishes, silverware and glassware from dining tables.
5. Reset dining tables with clean utensils and glassware.
6. Check food and beverage orders from hotline for accuracy. Ensure orders are complete with proper utensils and condiments. Ensure delivery is timely.
7. Knowledge of the coffee drink/juice bar menu, restaurant menu and hotel fact sheet.
8. Perform all opening and closing duties to hotel standards.
9. Detailed understanding of serving equipment and usage.
10. Maintain supplies and cleanliness throughout service period.
11. Consistently perform tasks as specified on sequence of service standards and SOP’s.
12. Notify manager of any problems.
13. Perform other related duties as required or assigned by the manager.
