- Inspecting privately owned homes, condos and villas after housekeeping teams have completed departure cleanings
- Willing to bring any unit up to the correct level of cleanliness if needed
- Train new housekeeping staff
- Release units to the Guest Arrivals team when unit is complete
- Communicate with Unit Preservation Team on anything no working correctly
- Schedule upholstery to be cleaned when needed
- Able to work in a team environment
- Valid Hawaii State DL
