Salary: $70,000 minimum to start. Depending on Experience.
The monthly Bonus ranges from $300 to $700 depending on sales.
4 weeks Paid vacation on an accrual basis annually.

Responsibilities
An Restaurant Manager is responsible for assisting in the management of operations for the restaurant, kitchen, and bar.
Responsible for assisting in the achievement of planned sales and profit levels for the restaurant through the implementation, management, and enforcement of company policies, procedures, programs, and performance standards.
Assists to directly supervise all non-exempt employees during the hours of restaurant operation.
An Restaurant Manager is accountable for assisting in the administration and operations to ensure execution of all employee duties to guarantee maximum guest satisfaction and a quality work environment.
Reports directly to the General Manager.
Required Key Qualifications
The interested candidate will be a proven leader and achiever that have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with two or more years of experience of management in a full-service restaurant.
Excellent supervisory, communication, and guest service skills is required.
