B's Kitchen is a large, beautiful restaurant located in the Princeville Shopping Center serving fresh house made pizzas, pastas, and other favorites, along with cocktails, local craft beers, and wine.
Role- This is a full-time on-site role, that will be at both restaurants as needed between Dolphin and B's Kitchen. This is a great opportunity for growth as the shift manager will be responsible for working with the other managers on site to oversee daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, training new employees, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. The role will also involve assisting in inventory management, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Rate of pay will be dependent on experience. This position includes health insurance, discounts, and an opportunity to grow with the company.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience in inventory management and scheduling
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
